Project Overview
Modern Steel Construction Corp. was contracted to provide the complete structural steel and architectural metalwork package for this new luxury residential construction in Seaford, New York.
The scope of work included the fabrication and installation of all structural steel framing, custom staircases, exterior railings, and decorative metalwork throughout the home. Our team worked closely with the project architect and general contractor to ensure all steel elements were designed to specification and installed on schedule.
The result is a stunning, structurally sound residence where the steel elements serve both functional and aesthetic purposes — from the exterior stair to the clean-line railings that complement the home’s modern design.
