Project Overview
Modern Steel Construction Corp. was contracted to fabricate and install custom steel dunnage systems for mechanical equipment on rooftops across multiple buildings.
Dunnage is the structural steel framework that supports HVAC units, generators, condensers and other mechanical systems. It must safely carry the equipment loads while managing vibration transfer to the building structure below.
Our team fabricated these frames to support the specified equipment loads in compliance with local building codes and manufacturer requirements, with a corrosion-resistant finish for long-term durability outdoors.
