Project Overview
Modern Steel Construction Corp. supplied and installed custom railing systems for the balconies of a multi-story condominium development. The project called for a modern railing that complements the building’s architecture while maximizing views for residents.
All steel components were precision-fabricated in our shop and finished with an architectural powder coat. Installation was carried out floor by floor using aerial lifts to keep the schedule moving alongside other trades.
Every railing meets or exceeds NYC Building Code requirements for load capacity and fall-protection height.
