Modern Steel Construction Corp. has extensive experience in the fabrication and installation of new fire escapes for multi-story residential and commercial buildings throughout New York City.
This project involved complete fabrication and installation of new fire escape systems on multi-family residential buildings in Brooklyn, performed in strict compliance with NYC Department of Buildings requirements.
Our service covers facade assessment, layout, complete shop fabrication of all steel components, on-site installation with all required connections to the building structure, and final inspection coordination. All fire escapes are finished with a rust-inhibiting primer and top coat for long-term durability in New York’s climate.
