Project Overview
This project involved the complete fabrication and installation of a new steel deck structure at a private waterfront residence. The homeowner wanted a durable, low-maintenance outdoor living space that would last for decades and enhance the value of their property.
Steel decks offer significant advantages over wood in longevity, structural strength, and fire resistance. Our team fabricated all structural steel framing, the metal deck system, and custom railings to the homeowner’s exact requirements.
The deck frame was designed to integrate with the existing residence, and all work was performed with the necessary permits and inspections. The steel was finished with a corrosion-resistant coating system for maximum service life in exterior conditions.
